1. Use of the platform

StayResto provides an online platform to search, compare, and book accommodation. You must use the service only for lawful purposes and in accordance with these terms. You must provide accurate information when making a booking and be at least 18 years old to book.

2. Bookings and payments

A booking is confirmed only when you receive a confirmation email or reference. You agree to pay the total amount shown at checkout, including taxes and fees. Payment is processed through our secure payment partners. Prices and availability may change until the booking is confirmed.

3. Cancellation and refunds

Cancellation and refund terms depend on the property and rate you selected. Please refer to the property’s cancellation policy at the time of booking and to our Refund Policy for details.

4. Your responsibilities

You are responsible for the accuracy of the details you provide, for the behaviour of all guests included in the booking, and for any damage caused to the property during your stay. You must comply with the property’s house rules and check-in/check-out times.

5. Limitation of liability

StayResto acts as an intermediary between you and the accommodation provider. We are not liable for any loss, damage, or inconvenience arising from the provision of services by the property, including but not limited to overbooking, quality of stay, or force majeure events.

6. Privacy and data

Your use of the platform is also governed by our privacy practices. We collect and use your data as described in our policies and only to facilitate bookings and improve our service.

7. Changes to terms

We may update these terms from time to time. The revised version will be posted on this page with an updated date. Continued use of the platform after changes constitutes acceptance of the new terms.
