1. General

StayResto aims to make your stay hassle-free. Refunds are processed as per the cancellation policy of the property you booked and our platform terms. All refund requests must be submitted through our Help & Support page with your booking reference.

2. Cancellation by you

Depending on the rate and property:

  • Free cancellation: If your booking allows free cancellation, you may cancel before the deadline and receive a full refund (minus any processing fees, if applicable).
  • Non-refundable / restricted: Some rates are non-refundable. In such cases, the amount paid will not be refunded upon cancellation.
  • Partial refund: Properties may offer a partial refund if you cancel within a specified period. The exact terms are shown at the time of booking.

3. Cancellation by the property

If the property cancels your booking due to unforeseen circumstances, we will refund the full amount paid or help you rebook an alternative. Our support team will contact you in such cases.

4. Refund processing time

Refunds, when approved, are processed within 7–10 business days. The amount will be credited to the same payment method used at the time of booking. Bank or payment provider processing may take additional time.

5. Disputes and support

For any refund dispute or query, please contact us with your booking ID and details via the Help & Support page. We will respond within 24–48 hours on business days.
